American pop superstar and actress Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, popularly known as Lady Gaga, has reportedly welcomed her first child with her fiancé, Michael Polansky, at the age of 40.
The news was first reported by Page Six and subsequently supported by a source who spoke to People. The couple has also been photographed together in Northern California, with Gaga seen carrying a newborn baby.
Gaga and Polansky have maintained a relatively private relationship since they began dating in 2019. They became engaged in 2024 after Polansky proposed, with Gaga later publicly introducing him as her fiancé during the Paris Olympics.
The arrival of their first child fulfils a long-expressed desire by Gaga to become a mother. In previous interviews, the Grammy-winning artiste spoke openly about her hopes of building a family and described motherhood as a major aspiration.
However, details about the baby, including the name, sex and exact date of birth, have not been disclosed publicly.
