Yusuf Buhari has emerged victorious in the APC primary election for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency, securing the confidence of delegates and party stakeholders ahead of the forthcoming general election.
Following the announcement of the results, Yusuf Buhari expressed deep appreciation to delegates, party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters across the constituency for what he described as an overwhelming show of confidence and support throughout the exercise.
In a statement shortly after the primary election, the APC candidate said the victory was not just personal, but a collective mandate aimed at advancing the interests of the people of Sandamu, Daura, and Mai’adua through quality representation and people-oriented development.
“I wish to sincerely thank the delegates, party leaders, stakeholders, and the good people of Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency for the overwhelming confidence and support,” he stated.
He further noted that the mandate would serve as a stepping stone toward greater representation, unity, and development across the constituency, while pledging to work closely with party members and residents to justify the trust reposed in him.
Party supporters and political stakeholders in the area also commended the peaceful conduct of the primary election, describing the process as transparent, orderly, and reflective of internal democracy within the party.
