A cleric, Pastor Olumide Akinrinlola, has stressed the supremacy of divine intervention in human affairs, saying that anyone God cannot help or heal cannot receive help from the world.
Akinrinlola made the assertion in a post shared on his official Facebook page on Friday, where he reflected on faith, divine authority, and the role of believers in trusting God.
“Anyone God can’t help, the world cannot help them. Anyone He can’t heal, the world can’t heal them,” he wrote.
The cleric added that humanity’s existence is tied to God’s sovereignty, warning that life itself loses meaning if God ceases to be acknowledged.
“When God ceases to be God, we cease to live,” he stated.
He further charged Christians to maintain unwavering faith in God, particularly in times of difficulty, noting that loss of trust in divine intervention undermines their identity as believers.
“When believers cannot longer trust God for remedy, they have no right to call themselves Christians,” he added.
The post has since generated reactions among followers, with many engaging the message on faith and reliance on God in challenging situations.
