Uzor Arukwe Breaks Silence on Rumours Linking Him to Bambam’s Marriage

Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has publicly addressed swirling online rumours linking him romantically to actress and reality TV star Bamike Olawunmi‑Adenibuyan (Bambam), insisting their relationship was strictly professional and had nothing to do with her marriage.

In a video circulating on Friday, March 13, 2026, Arukwe responded to speculation that arose after he and Bambam starred opposite each other in a recent film; speculation that some social media users suggested had contributed to marital issues between Bambam and her husband, fellow reality TV star Teddy A. The actor emphasised that he met Bambam for the first time on set and maintained professional boundaries throughout the project.

Arukwe said he was careful in filming intimate scenes, even asking Bambam where the line was to ensure nothing would “cause problems at home.” He stressed that the rumours are unfounded and rooted in public speculation rather than fact, noting that people often interpret on‑screen chemistry as off‑screen reality.

The actor also criticised online narratives that unfairly blame individuals for celebrity relationship troubles, urging the public to avoid spreading unverified claims about colleagues and their personal lives.
