House of Representatives aspirant for Irele/Okitipupa Federal Constituency in Ondo State, Hon. Bidemi Joshua Obayangban (O.C General), has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his third year in office, commending what he described as bold reforms and transformative leadership by the current administration.
Obayangban, in a statement made available to Starnews NG on Thursday, said President Tinubu had shown courage and determination in addressing long-standing economic and structural challenges facing the country.
According to him, despite the economic difficulties currently being experienced by Nigerians, the President’s policies were gradually laying the foundation for sustainable growth, improved infrastructure, and national development.
He noted that the administration’s economic reforms, including fuel subsidy removal, foreign exchange adjustments, infrastructure expansion, and efforts to attract investment, reflected a commitment to rebuilding the nation’s economy.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has demonstrated courageous leadership in the last three years by taking difficult but necessary decisions aimed at repositioning Nigeria for long-term prosperity,” he said.
The aspirant further praised the Federal Government’s ongoing road projects, support for local industries, and renewed focus on security and economic stability.
Obayangban stated that while the reforms might appear painful in the short term, they remained critical to achieving a more stable and prosperous economy.
“No meaningful transformation comes without sacrifice. The present administration is taking deliberate steps to fix challenges that have existed for decades,” he added.
He urged Nigerians to continue supporting the Tinubu administration, expressing optimism that the benefits of the reforms would become more visible in the coming years.
The Ondo politician also called on leaders at all levels to complement the Federal Government’s efforts through people-oriented policies capable of improving the living conditions of citizens.
Obayangban reaffirmed his commitment to effective representation and grassroots development if elected to represent the Irele/Okitipupa Federal Constituency in the National Assembly.
