Fresh Middle East Tensions as Trump Claims Destruction of Strategic Bridge

U.S. President Donald Trump has ignited fresh global tensions after releasing a dramatic video appearing to show an airstrike striking a major bridge near Tehran.

In the post, Trump claimed that the targeted B1 bridge described as one of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in Iran had been completely destroyed.

He stated that the structure had “come tumbling down” and would “never be used again,” while warning that additional strikes could follow.

Reports suggest the bridge, which links Tehran to the nearby city of Karaj, was a key transport route and had only recently been completed, underscoring the potential scale of the damage.

Trump also issued a sharp ultimatum to Iranian authorities, urging them to reach an immediate agreement or face further devastation.

He warned that if tensions continue to escalate, there may soon be “nothing left” of the country.

The strike forms part of a broader escalation involving the United States and Israel, with multiple attacks reportedly targeting Iranian infrastructure and military facilities in recent days.

The intensifying crisis has heightened global concerns, driving up oil prices, increasing regional instability, and raising fears of a wider conflict, as diplomatic efforts struggle to keep pace with the rapidly evolving situation.
