Addressing the growing wave of migration popularly known as the “Japa” phenomenon, Tinubu urged youths to channel their energy into building careers, businesses, and technological innovations within Nigeria rather than seeking greener pastures overseas.

“Nigeria is your home and your future. Build here, code here, work here, and vote here. Every great nation was built by those who stayed to solve problems, not by those who abandoned ship,” the President said.

Tinubu noted that despite the difficulties currently facing the country, his administration remains committed to creating an environment that supports economic growth, job creation, and youth empowerment.

The President’s remarks come amid increasing concerns over the migration of skilled professionals from Nigeria, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, technology, and education.
