Abuja, FCT – June 4, 2026 – The All Progressives Congress (APC) has issued a public disclaimer regarding a fraudulent list of senatorial candidates purportedly circulating on social media and various online platforms. The party has categorically stated that the document, titled “Concluded List of APC Senatorial Candidates So Far,” is fake and did not originate from the party.
In a statement released today, the APC urged party members, stakeholders, the media, and the general public to disregard the misleading publication in its entirety. The party emphasized that only its National Working Committee (NWC), acting through official communication channels, is authorized to announce the list of candidates emerging from its primary elections and other constitutionally mandated processes.
The APC further called on all members and stakeholders to refrain from disseminating unverified information that could cause confusion, mislead the public, or undermine the integrity of the party’s democratic processes.
The statement was signed by Felix Morka, CON, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC.
