Tragic Update: Two Foreign Nationals Who Died in Anthony Joshua Crash Were His Friends

In a tragic turn of events, it has been revealed that the two foreign nationals who lost their lives in the car crash involving world heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua were his friends.

Sources at Murtala Muhammed International Airport disclosed that the deceased men frequently accompanied Joshua during his visits to Nigeria.

According to the source, both men had arrived in Nigeria less than 10 hours before the accident occurred. This new information adds a somber layer to the already heartbreaking situation as the boxing champion grapples with the loss of close companions.

The accident, which took place along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, claimed the lives of the two men, while Joshua narrowly escaped serious injury.

The Ogun State Government has confirmed that their remains have been deposited at the Livewell Mortuary in Sagamu, and investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing.
