Manchester City have reportedly been found guilty of 114 out of 115 charges relating to alleged breaches of Premier League financial regulations between 2009 and 2018.
The reported verdict follows a long-running case that was referred to an independent commission in 2023, with the hearing concluding in December 2024.
However, Manchester City have not yet been punished. The sanctions are still to be determined and could include fines, points deductions or other sporting penalties under Premier League rules.
The club has consistently denied the allegations and is expected to appeal the reported findings.
Manchester City, in a response reported by The Athletic, said the Premier League process remains ongoing, with significant elements still to be completed and subject to confidentiality.
