Diminutive Kaduna State House of Representatives aspirant, Abin Al-Ajabin Zazzau, has lamented what he described as sustained mockery and political humiliation, insisting that his personal dignity has been “violated for political reasons” amid his emerging ambition ahead of the 2027 elections.
The statement emerged on May 12, 2026, as the aspirant opened up on what he termed years of insults, ridicule, and targeted attacks linked to his political involvement and public identity.
He said the treatment he has received reflects a deeper culture of intolerance within the political space, especially for new entrants seeking elective positions.
Al-Ajabin Zazzau, who is vying for the House of Representatives seat in Kaduna State, maintained that despite the criticism and online backlash, he remains committed to his political aspiration and service to his constituency.
The aspirant’s comments come amid growing early political activities across Nigeria, as individuals and groups begin positioning themselves ahead of the 2027 general elections, triggering debates around credibility, inclusion, and political fairness.
