The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has congratulated First Lady Oluremi Tinubu on her 66th birthday, describing her as a compassionate leader whose interventions have reached Nigerians across political, ethnic, religious and geographical divides.
Yilwatda conveyed the message on Monday on behalf of the APC National Working Committee, leaders and members of the party as the First Lady marked her birthday.
He commended Oluremi Tinubu’s activities through the Renewed Hope Initiative and other programmes, particularly in education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, as well as support for vulnerable Nigerians.
According to the APC chairman, the First Lady’s interventions have demonstrated a commitment to restoring dignity, strengthening hope and giving Nigerians confidence in a better future.
Yilwatda also praised what he described as her quiet acts of kindness and dedication to humanitarian causes, saying they had made her a source of comfort and inspiration to many Nigerians.
The APC chairman further acknowledged Oluremi Tinubu’s support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as his administration pursues its economic transformation and national renewal agenda.
He said her strength, wisdom, prayers and understanding had remained an important source of support for the President in carrying out the responsibilities of governing the country.
“Your partnership exemplifies the power of shared purpose in the service of a nation,” Yilwatda said.
He prayed for the First Lady to enjoy good health, wisdom, grace and renewed strength, while wishing her greater fulfilment in the years ahead.
Yilwatda also prayed for continued blessings upon her marriage to the President and for strength and wisdom for both of them as they continue their service to Nigeria.
He concluded by wishing Oluremi Tinubu a happy 66th birthday and expressing hope that her life would continue to positively impact Nigeria and humanity.
