Popular TikTok personalities Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his fiancée, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, have shared details of the commitment they say underpins their relationship ahead of their planned August 1 wedding.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, the couple discussed their views on fidelity, with Jarvis saying they regard faithfulness as a core part of their relationship and believe serious consequences could follow infidelity.
Jarvis said she believes that because their relationship is rooted in prayer and commitment to God, cheating would amount to betraying both their partner and their faith.
“We pray together. God is involved in our relationship. There is no reason to cheat because the commitment is already there,” she said.
She added that while God forgives those who genuinely repent, she believes the commitment they have made to each other carries significant spiritual weight.
Peller, however, revealed that he had once suggested sealing their commitment through a blood pact after seeing similar practices discussed on social media.
“I told her we should cut ourselves with a knife because I saw on TikTok that if anyone cheats after doing it, something would happen to the person, but she refused,” he said.
Jarvis confirmed rejecting the proposal, insisting that such a practice was unnecessary.
“The only covenant we have is with God. Those kinds of blood covenants are not something we should be doing. The reassurance and commitment are already there,” she said.
The conversation ended on a lighter note, with Peller joking about his admiration for his fiancée, while both expressed hope that their relationship would continue to thrive under God’s guidance as they prepare to tie the knot.
