VIDEO: ‘You don’t have a Governor in Ondo’, Olusola Oke sets the internet on fire

By Miracle Ogunde

A governorship aspirant in Ondo State, Chief Olusola Oke, has set the internet on fire by saying there is no governor in Ondo State.

Oke made this statement in Akure while addressing the Ade Adetimehin led APC stakeholders and officially declaring his interest to contest the governorship election in the state.

Apparently referring to the sitting Governor, he described Lucky Aiyedatiwa, as a product of circumstances caused by the demise of the late Rotimi Akeredolu.

In the video which had set the internet on fire, Starnews NG reports that Oke said “You know we don’t have a governor in this state, we don’t have a governor that was elected. We have a governor that became a governor by illicit of the demise of Akeredolu. The leader that would be elected; one dies, one remains.”

Addressing the APC Chairman, Oke said, “Mr. Chairman, be in charge, exercise your authority. Don’t allow your mandate to be stolen by anybody. Don’t allow your mandate to be compromised by anybody.”
