World of Vanity

Pst Olumide Akinrinlola

The end of everything on earth is death. This is a fact no one could argue.

One day, we shall leave all that we have when death comes. The day of helplessnes will come one day where there will be no room from escape.

You shall one day leave your beautiful wife, your car, your private jet, your mansion, or that billions of dollars or naira in account when death comes.

All your lust for this world ends the day you die. Inheriting the world itself, is vanity.

The scripture says : “And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.” (1 John 2:17)

The scripture established herein that only those who do the will of God will abide forever.

Most of you do not believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ but I know you all believe death will come one day to everyone on earth.

The question is, have you prepared for your eternity? Where will you spend your eternity if you die today? What is the essence of life to acquire the whole world without securing eternal life.

Psalm 116:15 says that: “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Are you part of His saint? Can your death be precious to God if you die today?

Please repent now and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Ask God to have mercy on you and forgive you.

Leave each day of your life like the rapture is coming. Remember death doesn’t announce its arrival when coming. So, secure your heaven today.

I just told you!

Says: Lord Jesus, forgive my sin and have mercy on me (confess your sin). I hereby Confess You today as my Lord and Saviour. Come into my life and remain there forever
