Why Indian Investors Should Not Delayed Planned $14 Billion Investment in Nigeria – Tinubu

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has urged Indian investors not to procrastinate their $14 billion investment pledge to Nigeria, saying that they should not be frightened to invest in the country.

 

He said that the country is ready to give them the best return on investment because the trade and investment opportunities are enormous.

 

According to the Daily Post, the president made the statement while speaking during the Nigeria-India Presidential Roundtable in New Delhi. President Tinubu expressed his gratitude to all Indian companies and individuals who have responded positively to his administration’s efforts to improve Nigeria’s macroeconomic and investment climate. Adding that the Indian investors should not procrastinate the $14 billion investment pledge they made to Nigeria and they should not be frightened about the investment.

 

Revealing that the country is ready to give them the best return on their investment. He assured them that he would captain and lead all investment, development, and prosperity for the largest democracy in Africa and investors across the world.

 

“Do not procrastinate. Don’t be frightened about investments in Nigeria. Bring it on. Ask your questions and make your requests. The trade and investment opportunities are enormous. I have a team, and I am the captain of that team, and I assure you that we solve problems,”
