Prophet Joshua Iginla, the founder and senior pastor of the Champions Royal Assembly shared a message to the public via a recent YouTube video. He spoke about negative dreams and how you are expected to handle it.
He read then book of Genesis 15:12-13 which says, “Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, horror and great darkness fell upon him. And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years.”
He then said, “The problem I have with Abraham was that God showed him a revelation that he could change but he never did anything about it. Abraham would have. Abraham would have broken this curse if he had stood up and say, “In the name that is above all names, this pattern would not defile my offspring, but he kept quiet. Read the Bible, he never said anything about it except that he dreamt about it.”
He then revealed what you should do each time you see a negative dream. He said, “Each time you see a negative dream, when you wake you, you have to begin to declare, “This is not my portion; This is not for my children, neither is it for my wife or the generation to come. Today I break you. Whatever is pure, holy and righteous is my portion. From generation to generation, none of my offspring shall be under a generational curse.
“So when you make such declaration and comment, you become the prophet that turns out the hands of destiny. When God shows you, it doesn’t mean it will happen but that you can do something.”
