Wanted Cultist Killed In Owo During Curfew

A 40-year-old man, Nasir Isiaka, was shot and killed in Owo, Ondo State, on Sunday morning despite an ongoing curfew in the area.

The Ondo State Police Command identified Nasir as a wanted cultist.

According to the police, two masked men attacked him at LA Igbanasa area. Officers arrived at the scene after a distress call and confirmed that Nasir had been fatally shot, Sunshine Truth reports.

Nasir was reportedly involved in several criminal activities, including the theft of police equipment during the End SARS protests and the killing of Adedeji Rafiu, also known as PA.

His body has been taken to the morgue, and police are working to find the attackers.
