Mr. Julian Osula, a Lagos based billionaire is in the news since yesterday for ordering for an helicopter after he was stucked in traffic along Lagos -Benin expressway.
The billionaire ordered for the helicopter to come and pick him after he reportedly spent over two hours in a gridlock along the Lagos – Benin express.
Travellers were seen rushing to snap pictures and taking video record of the event which went viral on social media about 20 hours ago.
