Two Military Fighter Jets Collide Mid-air

A devastating collision between two Rafale fighter jets from the Saint-Dizier air base has resulted in a crash in Colombey-les-Belles, France.

Authorities report that one pilot managed to eject safely, but a search operation is currently underway for the instructor and student pilot from the second jet, who remain unaccounted for, AFP reports.

The incident has sparked a massive search effort, with both civil and military authorities working together to locate the missing crew members.

An air force spokesman in Paris confirmed the details, stating that efforts are focused on locating the second crew.

The prefecture has verified the accident and is assisting in the search.
