President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm wishes to Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, who turns 60 on January 12, 2025.
In a statement seen by Starnews on Saturday and signed by Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu acknowledged the Governor’s political journey, his achievements in governance, and his contributions to grassroots development.
Aiyedatiwa, a long-time member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), began his political career with the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2011.
His rise from Deputy Governor in 2021 to Governor in 2023, following the tenure of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, reflects his years of service and dedication to public administration.
Tinubu also highlighted Aiyedatiwa’s victory in the 2024 elections, which allowed him to implement impactful projects in health and education. Before his gubernatorial role, Aiyedatiwa served as a Commissioner representing Ondo State at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), where he worked to improve grassroots development initiatives.
As he celebrates this milestone, Tinubu wished Aiyedatiwa good health, wisdom, and continued success in his leadership role.
