TB Joshua will be sorely missed- Olabimtan

It is with great sadness and rude shock that I received the news of the passing away of the renowned man of God, a Philanthropist, and lover of the downtrodden, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, popularly known as TB Joshua.

He lived a short life but full of fulfilments and accomplishments. His demise is a personal loss to me and the entire people of Akoko-land. Ondo State, Yoruba race, Nigeria and indeed entire Africa has lost an icon.

I thank God for Prophet TB Joshua’s life as his name will never be forgotten. He was humility personified and helped the less-privileged irrespective of tribe, race, gender, religion and other differences. Prophet TB Joshua used his calling to bless people in and outside the shore of Nigeria. He was a shepherd in the true sense of it.

Members of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) and the entire nation will sorely miss the great Prophet of God.

As we mourn his passing away, I recognise and remember his invaluable contributions to the society, especially Akoko-land. Surely, his departure from this sinful world to great beyond has created a huge vacuum which only God can fill for Ondo State.

I take this opportunity to convey my sincere condolences to his immediate family, Kabiyesi and people of Arigidi-Akoko, the Church and all the beneficiaries of his philanthropic work. May God Almighty grant us all the fortitude to bear the loss.

May his soul rest in peace and memory be eternal.

Signed,

Rt. Hon. Victor Olabimtan
