      Bandits yesterday attacked a convoy of vehicles on Birnin Gwari-Kaduna Highway in Kaduna State, abducting a large number of persons. The police-guarded convoy of over 20 vehicles was conveying traders from Birnin Gwari villages to Kaduna and Kano.
