Sanwo-Olu Approves N3.37 Trillion Budget for 2025

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has officially approved the 2025 budget, following its passage by the State House of Assembly.

The total budget stands at N3.37 trillion, which includes an additional N360.88 billion beyond the original proposal.

This budget is aimed at advancing ongoing development projects under the Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat administration.

The State Assembly ratified the budget after a report was presented by Sa’ad Olumoh, the chairman of the joint appropriation and finance committee.

The budget allocates significant portions for both recurrent expenditure and capital development. It covers a fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025.
