The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday dismissed the petition filed by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party against the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari in the conduct of the February 23, 2019 presidential election.
According to the tribunal: “This petition is accordingly, and hereby dismissed in its entirety.”
