Port Harcourt Refinery Begins Crude oil processing

The spokesperson of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, (NNPCL) category Olufemi Soneye, on Tuesday disclosed that the Port Harcourt Refinery has commenced crude oil production processing.

According to Soneye, the refinery has kicked off with 60 percent capacity, noting that the Refinery is processing 60,000 barrels per day of crude.

The Port Harcourt refinery has a combined 250 barrels per day capacity.

The latest development comes after several failed commencement deadlines given by the NNPCL.
