Popular Nigerian Musician, Patoranking, Bereaved

Popular Nigerian Afrobeats musician, Patoranking, has lost his younger sister, Chioma, and her husband, George.

The couple passed away in a gas explosion incident at their home.

The news was shared by Instagram blogger, Cutie Juls.

Just days before the incident, Patoranking had celebrated his daughter’s sixth birthday. However, the joy was short-lived, as the gas explosion occurred a day after their house opening and child’s birthday celebration.

Chioma sadly passed away immediately, while her husband, George, initially survived but succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

Cutie Juls wrote: “‘Remember when I posted last week or so that Patoranking’s sister passed away in a gas explosion incident in their home and the husband and the child were battling for their lives. The husband also couldn’t make it, he just passed away.

“Patoranking tried so much, buying tons of blood to help save his brother-in-law’s life, so at least his nephew won’t be born an orphan.

“Remember, he loves his sister so, so much. Please, his friends should check up on him”.
