A popular market in Borno State, Gamboru market, has been reportedly razed by a mysterious fire on Wednesday evening.
According to reports, the fire which started at about 10 pm on Wednesday has caused panic as traders and buyers ran for their dear lives.
It was gathered that property worth millions of naira were destroyed, as the number of casualties are yet to be ascertained.
However, firefighters, security operatives and people in the neighbourhood have helped quench the fire.
The cause of the disaster is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
