Police Arrest Two in Lagos for Carrying Toy Pistol

Two young men, Kyari Idris (20) and Abubakar Salisu (18), were apprehended by officers at Agege Railway Police Station in Lagos during a routine stop-and-search operation.

The officers discovered a toy pistol hidden beneath the seat of the motorcycle the suspects were riding.

Upon the discovery, Idris and Salisu reportedly resisted the officers’ attempt to arrest them, leading to a call for backup.

Both suspects were eventually detained, and the police have launched an investigation to uncover the reason for their possession of the toy weapon.
