PDP Elects National Chairman For South West

Chief Kamorudeen Ajisafe has been elected as National Vice Chairman (South-West) of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Ajisafe is a native of Osun State.

He was elected during a meeting of the leaders of the party held in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Thursday.

Some of the leaders of the party at the event included Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and his counterpart from Osun State, Ademola Adeleke.

Other dignitaries at the event included former governors of Osun State, Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State.

Also at the meeting was the 2023 governorship candidate of the party in Ogun State, Hon Ladi Adebutu.

The Deputy National Chairman (South) of PDP, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja and the acting chairman of the South-West PDP, Chief Rahman Owokoniran, were also at the event.
