Oyo PDP Leaders Pass Vote Of No Confidence On Gov Seyi Makinde

  •  Vow To Work Against Him In 2023

Some aggrieved Leaders of the Peoples Democracy Party (PDP) in Oyo State have vowed to work against the reelection bid of the state governor, Engr.Seyi Makinde in 2023.

The Leaders after their meeting on Monday also passed a vote of no confidence on Governor Makinde.

Starnews Nigeria reports that a former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Hazeem Gbolarumi, former Majority Leader of House of Representatives, Mrs Mulikat Adeola-Akande, Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeyan, Femi Babalola, Nureni Akanbi, and Michael Okunlade were among the PDP leaders present at the meeting.

Starnews Nigeria had earlier reported today that a video of an ongoing meeting of large members of the Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State calling for the resignation of Governor Seyi Makinde from the PDP has hit the internet.

The incident happened on Monday at Jogor Event Centre in Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital.
