Ondo PDP Sympathises with Akwa Ibom Governor over Wife’s Death

The Ondo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Pastor Patience Umo Eno, wife of the Governor of Akwa Ibom State.

In a heartfelt statement issued by Ondo PDP’s Publicity Secretary, Kennedy Ikantu Peretei on Saturday, the party extended its condolences to the people of Akwa Ibom, acknowledging the immense loss.

Pastor Patience, described as a woman of virtue, was lauded for her remarkable kindness, compassion, and generosity. The Ondo PDP highlighted her lasting contributions to the people of Akwa Ibom, emphasising that her legacy would not be forgotten.

“The memory and impact of Pastor Patience will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate to know her,” the statement read.

In his message, Peretei prayed for divine comfort for Governor Umo Eno and the entire Akwa Ibom people, urging them to find solace in the legacy she leaves behind.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Governor’s family and the people of Akwa Ibom during this time of immense loss,” Peretei added.

The passing of Pastor Patience Umo Eno has left a deep void in the hearts of many, both in Akwa Ibom and beyond, as tributes continue to pour in for the late First Lady.
