Ondo Amotekun Intercepts 114 Suspected Intruders

Amotekun officers in Ondo State have apprehended 114 people suspected of planning criminal activities.

The group, traveling in two trucks, was stopped after being found with no clear destination.

They were likely heading to various forest areas, including Ore and Ofosu.

Amotekun Commander, Adetunji Adeleye, reported that in recent weeks, authorities have been battling outsiders trying to infiltrate the state’s forests.

The state governor has ordered the removal of anyone without a valid reason to be there.

Residents were advised not to shelter strangers who may be involved in criminal activities.

The arrested individuals have been returned to their original locations across the country.

The leader of the Hausa community, Bala Umaru, thanked the government for ensuring the safety of the people and for sending the intruders back home.
