Olafeso Calls for Change: Vote Out APC After Eight Years of Neglect in Ijare Town

By Miracle Ogunde

Dr. Eddy Olafeso, a prominent member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State and former Vice Chairman of the party in the South West, has criticized the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for failing to address the needs of Ijare Town over the past eight years.

Olafeso’s comments come in light of the deteriorating road conditions that connect Akure metropolis to Ijare Town, highlighting the neglect faced by residents during the APC’s tenure.

He emphasized that despite Ijare Town’s proximity to the state capital, the community has been overlooked and underserved, urging voters to consider a change in leadership in the upcoming elections.

In his words: “It is so pathetic that the people of Ijare Town were abandoned for eight years under the APC government in Ondo State.”

“The poor state of the road is alarming and calls for prompt action from the people of Ijare Town to vote out the APC. Obviously, this administration has failed in all aspects and therefore needs to be changed,” he continued.

“The people of Ijare Town should aggressively vote out the APC and vote in the PDP for a turnaround. I can assure you all that Agboola Ajayi will never abandon this community as Aiyedatiwa has done,” he added.
