Ngozi Ezeonu Criticizes Young Ladies for Improper Dressing at Audition

By: Bayero Ade

Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Ezeonu recently expressed her disappointment with two young women who attended an audition dressed inappropriately.

According to PUNCH, a viral video on social media, shared by TikTok user #mrdoingscartel, captured Ezeonu scolding the participants for arriving without bras and wearing crop tops. The actress, who was part of the audition panel, voiced her concerns about the lack of professionalism displayed by the ladies.

In the video, Ezeonu warned that such attire was unacceptable and emphasized that she would not hesitate to disqualify anyone dressed inappropriately at an audition she was judging.

“Whenever I’m part of an audition panel and someone comes dressed like this, they will be disqualified on the spot,” she declared.

The actress went further to question the young women’s motives and criticized the idea that such dressing could leave a good impression. She also highlighted how unprofessional dressing could harm the industry’s image.

“This is why people don’t take us seriously. I’m a professional actor, and even when I was your age, I never dressed this way. Showing up at an audition without a bra and in a crop top is completely inappropriate,” she remarked.

Ezeonu’s statements have sparked widespread conversation online, with many applauding her stance on maintaining standards and professionalism within the entertainment industry.

If they will listen and obey. I don’t understand the spirit working in the heart of many ladies today. For them no private parts again everything is to be opened up. Please don’t blame any man that is caught raping these silly cursed children. Bible calls them cursed children.
