NAHCON Announces 2025 Hajj Fare

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has disclosed the fares for the 2025 pilgrimage.

The cost for pilgrims from Southern States has been fixed at N8.7 million, while those from the Northern Zone will pay N8.4 million.

Pilgrims from the Borno and Adamawa region will pay N8.3 million.

The announcement follows approvals from the Nigerian Vice President’s office and was made public through a statement signed by NAHCON’s Executive Chairman, Prof. Abdullahi Usman.

The statement also thanked the federal government and various stakeholders for their collaboration in setting the fare.

Usman noted that the fare had been carefully considered through discussions with the Presidency and other parties to ensure it remains within a reasonable range, avoiding significant increases, Premium Times reports.

The Commission advised prospective pilgrims to register early and adhere to the timelines and guidelines provided by Saudi authorities. More details can be found on the NAHCON website.
