God said in Genesis 1:26, ‘Let us create man in our Image and after our Likeness!’ So, a man was created in the image of God and not in the image of a woman.
A woman was created out of a man. A woman was the second being God created and she created her through a rib that God took from Adam.
According to Gen 2:21, Eve was the first woman created by God and she was not created the way Adam was created directly. It was the rib removed from Adam that God used to create Eve.
Looking at it from another perspective, the Holy Spirit of God came upon Mary in Luke 1:35. Who can come upon a woman to get pregnant if not a man? Though we all know the mystery behind the birth of Jesus which no man can fathom today.
But remember that Homosexuality is a sin. A woman cannot come upon a woman. God sees homosexuality as a sin. God’s Eyes is too Holy to behold iniquity.
Mathew 1:18 says Mary was found with a child of the Holy Ghost.
Before you remind me that there is no marriage or sex in Heaven, remember all that happened to Mary was on the earth and not in Heaven.
When Jesus was on the earth, he was referred to as a son of God all thru the scriptures and not a daughter of God. And Jesus is also God and we were told that God is a trinity – The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit.
God is a spirit. There is no doubt about that. But God also has His image and He Created the first Man in His image which was Adam.
I believe based on the revelation of Trinity that the Holy Spirit’s Image is in the form of a man and not in the form of a woman.
Before you remind me that God is a spirit and that spirit does not have gender, I will like to ask you how did fallen angels take women to themselves and impregnated them to produce Nephilim?
Fallen angels, were called the “sons of God” (ben Elohim) in Genesis 6. They took to themselves women, called “daughters of men,” for sexual relationships and the sexual intimacy between the fallen angels and the women on earth then produced giants which the Bible called Nephilim.
Britannically, Nephilim, in the Hebrew Bible, means a group of mysterious beings or people of unusually large size and strength who lived both before and after the Flood. The Nephilim are referenced in books of Genesis and Numbers and are possibly referred to in Ezekiel. The Hebrew word Nephilim is sometimes directly translated as “giants” or taken to mean “the fallen ones”
If Jesus is God and cannot be separated from the Father and the Holy Spirt, which gave the revelation about Trinity, then, I can boldly say that the Holy Spirit is also a Man and not a woman. The Spirit of God has the image of a man.
In John 16:13, Jesus Christ Himself addressed the Holy Spirit as “He” and not she.
God has his image. The Bible says Jesus is the Son of God and not the daughter of God. Jesus was also referred to as the son of David and not the daughter of David.
So, a man was created in the image of God and not in the image of a woman. A woman was made from Adam’s rib.
In the beginning, the first man, Adam, was created in the trait of God and His likeness. Then, before Adam and Eve sinned, Death was not supposed to be a part of human life. They are not supposed to suffer. In the beginning, they were created in the likeness and the trait of God. Disobedience took both Adam and Eve away from God. Adam was created in God’s image at the beginning. And when Adam was created, he was called a man and his wife was called a woman after she was created from Adam’s rib.
If that is true and we also believe in the revelation of the Trinity, it is settled; and and it is my conclusion that God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit have the image of a man and not the image of a woman.
