Mimiko @65: Happy birthday to a phenomenal Leader, says Tofowomo

Nicholas Tofowomo, the Senator representing Ondo South at the 9th Assembly, on Thursday, felicitated Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, CON, former governor of Ondo State, as he celebrates another momentous occasion of his 65th birthday.

In a statement signed by Akinrinlola Olumide, Special Assistant, Media and Publicity, to the distinguished Senator, Tofowomo celebrated Dr. Mimiko on his birthday; he also used the important moment to specially appreciate the former governor, reminiscing on the chance he gave to him to commence a duty as the then Commissioner for Transport in Ondo State.

With a heart of gratitude, Senator Tofowomo said Dr. Olusegun Mimiko remains his leader for life. He said he would forever be indebted to him till death.

“My former boss and my leader for life, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko is 65 today. Dr. Mimiko is a great person who made me a Commissioner in Ondo State. He supported and encouraged me on a daily basis even when my own people at home were waging war against me and wanted me out of government as former Commssioner for transport.”

“I’m grateful to work with him as one of his Commissioners. He treated me with love and respect. I have many reasons to thank him because it is an occasion that commemorates the day I was gifted with a remarkable benefactor who has a caring heart.”

“I am so privileged to have been given the opportunity to work under such a great and amazing leader like Dr. Mimiko.”

“It is my hope that his excellency would continue to spread his wings and fly as he aged 65 today. Happy birthday to a phenomenal Leader”, Senator Tofowomo said.
