SWOT Means the following:
– Strengths
– Weaknesses
– Opportunities
– Threats
So, a SWOT Analysis is a technique needed to identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
A leader or businessman who is so much carried away about his strengths and forget his weaknesses is a failure.
A leader or businessman who is looking at his opportunities and forget the threats to such opportunities now or in the future is a failure.
Leaders and businessmen must have SWOT in them as quality to assess these four aspects of their careers and businesses.
SWOT Analysis is necessary for a leader or businessman to make the most of what they have gotten, to their organization’s or careers’ best advantage.
SWOT is good to know what’s working well, and what’s not so good. With SWOT, chances of failure can be reduced minimally.
Any man who thinks everything about him is correct is DOOMED to fail.
