-Liverpool have agreed with RB Salzburg for Bobby Clark for £10m with a 17.5% sell on clause.
-Victor Osimhen wants to join PSG before the deadline as it’s his top choice. Chelsea trying to sign him and Arsenal showed interest earlier. However, he’s not pushing for a Premier League move preferring PSG, but a deal can’t happen due to Kolo Muani and Ramos still being under contract.
-In starting vs Atalanta, Dani Carvajal has become the first player to play in six one-leg UEFA Super Cup finals. Still going strong.
-With Gasperini managing Atalanta and Ancelotti managing Real Madrid, the UEFA Super Cup will be won by an Italian coach for the 13th time: at least three more than any other nation (followed by Spain – 10).
-Real Madrid have won the UEFA Super Cup five times (2002, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2022) and could become the most successful team in the competition’s history, surpassing FC Barcelona and AC Milan (also five times).

-Beşiktaş have opened talks with Chelsea over the signing of Ângelo Gabriel on loan.
-Tottenham were pushing to sign Conor Gallagher before his move to Atletico was agreed, but the price tag proved an issue. Chelsea insisted they would not sell to them for less than £45m.
-Arsenal are pushing to sign Mikel Merino, with Edu in Spain this week to get an agreement done with Real Sociedad. Personal terms won’t be an issue.
-Conor Gallagher wanted to stay in Spain and not return to London. Chelsea and Felix talks are happening but there is tension between the clubs.
