The death of a former Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District in the eighth National Assembly, has been reported.
Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, reportedly died on Wednesday morning.
His death was confirmed by his family in a statement issued to newsmen.
“We kindly request your prayers and support during this difficult time. His burial arrangements will be communicated in due course.
“We pray Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-jannah Firdaus. Ameen,” the statement said.
