Veteran musician, King Sunny Ade, has addressed the rumors surrounding his alleged kidnapping.

His daughter, Damilola Adeniyi, recently expressed concerns on Instagram, fearing her father might have been abducted.

She suggested that his manager could be involved in his disappearance.

In response, King Sunny Ade released a brief video to explain the situation.

The 78-year-old artist revealed that his children had grown worried after not hearing from him during a short holiday, which led them to believe he had been kidnapped.

He reassured his fans, stating that no one had kidnapped him, and that he was simply taking time off to rest.

He also expressed gratitude for the support he received during the confusion.

Damilola’s claims were also addressed by Adegeye’s manager, Dayo Adegeye, who confirmed the artist’s safety.

He stated that the rumors were false and that steps were being taken to deal with the situation and protect King Sunny Ade’s reputation.

The manager emphasized that the musician was in good health, focusing on his music, and that the public could be at ease regarding the false abduction story.
