How Some Witches Invaded My Church To Complain Against My Member – Pst Olukoya

By Bada Abraham

Dr. Dk Olukoya, the founder and presiding General Overseer of Yaba based Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, in a video shared on his official Facebook page, has shared the story of how some witches invaded his church to complain against one of the church members.

According to the cleric, he has shared the story, from 29:30 to 32:25 of the video, in buttressing a message he delivered on the essence of brokenness in the life of believers. In his words, “At a time when this ministry was still growing, we were still in the first auditorium, and our councillors were always staying at the back of the auditorium.

One day, I was in counselling, and suddenly there was a commotion at the back, some people were clamouring that they must see me by all means—some of our councillors told them that, since they did not have an appointment, it would be very difficult to see the pastor. But suddenly one of them threatened that if they did not allow them to see me, they would burn down the church, when I heard this, I quickly told the councillors to allow them”.

As shared by the cleric, “The men were later allowed to see me, they were three aggressive looking men, who came to complain about one of our members, who has rented an apartment in the house of one of them. The man continued that, although, he was a perfect gentleman, respectful and kind, every day when it was exactly midnight, he would start prayers, and would be speaking a strange language; he would call fire and everywhere would be engulfed in fire. Despite that the AC would be on, the heat would be unbearable for us all. We have not been able to attend witchcraft meetings since he started living in our house”.

One of the men answered that, even, his wife was disciplined in the witchcraft meeting for not coming to the meeting sometimes. They then told the cleric that, they were there to see him purposely to warn the man to pack out of their house. They also came with his money, paid for three years rent—which was already refunded in full.

The cleric, in his wonderment, asked them if truly they were witches—they answered in affirmative. “I then told them that, since they can now see that the power of Jesus is greater than theirs, why can’t they give their lives to Jesus; in their rage, they flared up that, they were not there for discussion but for an action to be made, in that, the man should pack out of their house”.

As shared by the cleric, “I then asked them why they couldn’t confront the man himself, they answered that they were afraid of him, since they didn’t know what he might want to do in the night again—that was why they had to bring the money he has paid for three years.

They then said, since I was the boss and his pastor, I could as well deliver the message to him—it was the first day I was so happy as a General Overseer, it was a great and inspiring moment for me”.
