How are you sure there will be Nigeria in 2023 –Pastor Adeboye asks congregation

“How are you sure there will be Nigeria in 2023”?The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, on Sunday, asked his congregation.

He asked the question while delivering his sermon titled, “The Great Expectations” during the Church live stream Thanksgiving Service monitored by Starnews Nigeria.

Adeboye berated politicians who are seeking political power ahead of the year 2023 when we are still in 2021.

Starnews Nigeria reports that Adeboye was emphasising the different types of expectations by the people and the fact that tomorrow belongs to God when he said: “Some people want fame, they want power, political power. This is 2021, some people are getting ready to kill themselves over 2023. They don’t know whether, in 2023, they would still be around, there is no one that can say for sure that he would still be around by tomorrow. It is God that determines who will still be around by 2023.”

“Somebody asked me, sir, who do you think should be president by 2023? I asked, the President of where? He replied president of Nigeria. How are you sure there would still be Nigeria in 2023? Are you sure? Can you swear? I pray there would be, so don’t misquote me, but are you sure?” the cleric asked.
