FirstBank Issues Apologies to Customers

FirstBank of Nigeria has issued an apology to her customers facing challenges in transacting on some of their channels.

This was contained in a private mail forwarded to their customers by the bank, on Friday June 7, 2024.

“We are aware that you may be experiencing some challenges in transacting on some of our channels,” the statement reads.

“Do bear with us as we are working on rectifying this issue in the shortest possible time.

“As we strive to fix the issues, please beware of fraudsters who may attempt to solicit your bank information for fraudulent purposes.

“Thank you for your patience. We will provide an update shortly,” it concluded.
