Federal Fire Service sets date to begin next recruitment phase

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board has announced that the next stage of recruitment into the Federal Fire Service will commence on September 15.

The Secretary of the Board, Ja’afaru Ahmed, disclosed this on Saturday in an official statement.

According to him, shortlisted candidates will receive invitation letters via the phone numbers and email addresses they provided during registration.

These letters will specify the dates and locations for physical screening, certificate verification, and the aptitude test.

In the statement, he said, “The next phase of the Federal Fire Service recruitment exercise will begin on September 15, 2024, with the portals opening immediately.

“Shortlisted candidates will receive invitation letters specifying the location for physical screening, certificate verification, and an aptitude test.

“These details will be sent via the phone numbers and email addresses provided during registration.

However, he cautioned Nigerians against making any payments for the recruitment process.

He added, “The Board emphasizes that there are no fees required at any stage of this process.”
