Ex-Ajimobi Media Aide Is Dead 

Mr Babatunde Olaniyi, a former Special Assistant on Broadcast Media to the immediate past governor of Oyo State, late Abiola Ajimobi, is dead.

Olaniyi served during the first term of Ajimobi’s administration.

Our correspondent learnt that he died on Wednesday.

He was a veteran broadcaster, author and politician.

The state Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, confirmed the death of the deceased in a Facebook post.

He described Olaniyi’s death as painful.

He said, “This is painful but who are we to query God. May God grant BABATUNDE Olaniyi, (Ti O Komo) eternal rest.
