A staff member of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), identified simply as Sylvanus, was discovered lifeless on a Lagos street on Monday.
In a video obtained by Starnews NG, the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear as of the time of filing this report.
Footage shows residents examining his personal belongings in an attempt to identify him and contact either his family or workplace.
