The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) sitting in Abuja on Wednesday, struck out the petition filed against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s qualifications used to contest the last presidential elections.
The suits were filed by the Labour Party and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
