The Supreme Court has fixed Thursday 26 October 2023 to deliver judgement in the petition filled by the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party against the victory of President Bola Tinubu.
The PDP candidate, Atiku Abubakar and that of the LP Peter Obi are challenging the election of the president during the February 25, 2023.
